Bm 69 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Betting Platform Rules

Welcome to BM 69 (website: bm69.click). These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of all services, products, and features provided by the BM 69 platform. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("Member") and BM 69 ("Platform", "We", "Company").

By registering a bm 69 account, making a deposit, or using any part of our platform – including Sports Betting, slots, table games, and Live Casino – you automatically agree to be bound by all Terms & Conditions set out in this document.

To register and use BM 69 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.

• All personal information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. bm 69 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time.
• Bm 69 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from the member's own negligence.

Bm 69 supports a range of popular and secure payment methods for players in Malaysia. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted deposit methods are: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and other major Malaysian banks).
• All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method that is registered under a member's name. bm 69 does not accept third-party payments.
• Withdrawals can only be processed once all bonus wagering (rollover) requirements have been fully met.
• BM 69 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Any withdrawal attempt using a method different from the original deposit method will require additional security verification.

Bm 69 offers a variety of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and the following rules:

• Welcome Bonus: A 150% bonus of up to RM 1,000 is awarded to new members on their first deposit. The rollover requirement is 15x the bonus amount within 30 days.
• Daily Deposit Bonus: Earn up to 20% extra on eligible daily deposits. A 10x rollover of the bonus amount applies within 7 days.
• Weekly Cashback: Cashback of up to 10% of net weekly losses is credited every Monday with no rollover requirement.
• Only one (1) bonus may be active at a time. You must complete the rollover requirements of your current bonus before claiming a new one.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash. Only real cash (non-bonus funds) may be withdrawn.
• BM 69 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, system exploitation, or violation of promotional terms.
• All promotions are valid for one (1) account, one (1) device, one (1) IP address, and one (1) payment method only. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.

All bets placed on the BM 69 platform are subject to the following general rules. Please read them carefully before placing any bet:

• Bets confirmed and accepted by the bm 69 system are final and cannot be cancelled by the member except under conditions explicitly stated in the betting rules.
• BM 69 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a technical error, an obvious error in the odds displayed, or if a match is postponed, cancelled, or not concluded within the stipulated timeframe.
• For football betting – including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, and international leagues – match time is based on standard 90 minutes unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalties do not count except for specific markets.
• In-Play bets (placed during a match) are final based on match conditions at the time the bet is accepted. Any delay in live data transmission does not entitle a member to cancel their bet.
• Bm 69 reserves the right to limit the bet size of any member without the need to provide a reason.
• In the event of any dispute regarding betting results, bm 69's decision is final and binding.

BM 69 is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe that betting should remain purely a form of entertainment and should never become a source of financial stress or personal hardship.

• Deposit Limit: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings at any time.
• Loss Limit: Members can set a maximum loss limit for a specified period to keep their spending in check.
• Account Pause: Members may choose to pause their account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days if they feel they need a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to stop permanently may apply for long-term Self-Exclusion (6 months to 5 years). During this period, the account cannot be accessed or reinstated.
• If you feel that you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, please seek professional help immediately.

Bm 69 takes a zero-tolerance stance on fraud, manipulation, and any unlawful activity on our platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Use of automated software (bots), data mining tools, or any technology to exploit the bm 69 system.
• Collusion between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage in table games or Live Casino.
• Money laundering through repeated deposit and withdrawal activity without genuine betting intent.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or system bugs for personal gain.
• Use of another person's credit card or bank account for deposits or withdrawals.
• Any form of identity fraud or use of falsified documents during the KYC verification process.

Bm 69 operates a sophisticated fraud detection system running 24/7. All suspicious activity will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.

Bm 69 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Registering multiple accounts under the same individual.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account termination requested by the member themselves.

When an account is closed for legitimate reasons (not a violation), any real cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member within 5–10 business days. Accounts terminated for terms violations may not be eligible for any refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BM 69 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of bets placed on our platform.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance or force majeure events such as natural disasters, nationwide internet outages, or infrastructure failures.
• Losses resulting from a member's device failure or internet connectivity issues during a betting or gaming session.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the bm 69 platform.

BM 69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via their registered email or in-account notifications.

The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the BM 69 platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
